If you make a payment to us we will need to share your information with our payment processor. By paying via our payment processor you agree to accept their terms and conditions for the use of their services, including their privacy policy. We suggest that you read their privacy policy when using their service as we are not responsible for data you share with them.

We may also need to disclose your information if required to do so by law or as expressly permitted under applicable data protection legislation.

Our site may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. We take appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used. Our website uses secure https protocol. HTTPS helps prevent intruders from tampering with the communications between your websites and your users' browsers. SIS uses and requires that its service providers use, commercially reasonable physical, technical and other safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access to use or alter your information.

Our services do not address any person under the age of 14 years otherwise referred to as “child/children”. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. In case you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child or children has / have provided us with any personally identifiable information, please contact us using the email address info@sisenable.com and if and when we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child without verification or parental consent, we shall initiate steps to remove that information from our servers.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) provides specific rights to consumers who reside in California regarding their personal information. Note that SIS does not sell the personal information of and from California consumers. The following provisions apply to California consumers. To the extent that the following provisions are different from the general provisions above, the following provisions prevail.

You have the right to send us a request, not more than twice in a 12-month period, for any of the following information.

The following provisions apply to persons in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). To the extent that the following provisions are different from the general provisions above, the following provisions prevail.

Exception: The services and software of SIS’s accessibility division which goes by the name SIS Enable is focused on accessibility of the web or other digital interfaces used by persons with visual or other disabilities. If providing services, or software to you requires that SIS understands the nature of your circumstances or otherwise collect or use information that includes information that EEA or member-state law would consider health information or other sensitive personal data, SIS will collect, store, use, and share that information, but only to the extent necessary to (a) provide services or software to you or provide information that is responsive to your needs or (b) engage in testing, support, or other activities to which you have agreed.

We process personal information that we need in order to carry out our business. We only process personal information in a way that is compatible with the purposes for which we collected it or subsequently authorized by the data subject.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.
